1. To place an order with Hy-Vee

2. To check on the date, the time or the status of delivery you have already placed with Hy-Vee and have neither picked-up nor received.

3. To modify your order by adding items, deleting items, or changing the quantity.

4. To change the method of pick-up or delivery of your existing order, or the date or time of it.

5. To check on the cost of your existing order which you have neither picked-up nor received.

IF THE SYSTEM HANGS UP ON YOU FOR ANY REASON AND AT ANY TIME, OR IF YOU HAVE MADE AN ERROR, PLEASE CALL BACK. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED ITEMS, THE SYSTEM WILL RETAIN THEM SO YOU MAY START ENTERING YOUR ORDER WHERE YOU LEFT OFF.

Customer's procedure for missing the. designated time of pick-up or home delivery:

1. Call 1-877-733-3003 and ask for the manager-in-charge, or stop at the store and ask for the manager-in-charge.

2. Determine with the manager whether your order should now be picked-up at a newly designated time, delivered to your home at a newly-designated time, or eliminated.

3. Because of the labor involved in picking and delivering the order, the original charge for the pick-up or home delivery will still be applied. If you decide to have the order picked-up or delivered at a newly designated date and time, it will be treated as a new order with the usual fee added...
