"Order Assistant" asks for your specific information.

STEP 1: Dial 1-877-733-3003

STEP 2: Enter your customer number that you received when you registered with Hy-Vee.

STEP 3: Enter your permanent personal I.D. number that you registered with Hy-Vee.

STEP 4: Enter 1 if you will pick up your order, or 2 if you want it delivered.

STEP 5: Enter the date you want, pick-up or delivery. Use this format: Two digits for which month of the year it is, then two digits for the day of the month it is, then two digits for the year it is.

Example: July 8, 1999 would be entered as: 07,08,99
Example: September 17, 1999 would be entered as: 09,17,99
Example: November 15, 1999 would be entered as: 11,15,99

STEP 6: Select whether you want your order during our morning (11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) or afternoon (4:00 p.m. to 6:00p.m.) pick-up or delivery schedule.

Example: 1 for morning.
Example: 2 for afternoon.

STEP 7: Enter the first catalog item number from your list, then enter the quantity you want of that item. Continue with your remaining items.

STEP 8: Hit the # key on your telephone when you have finished your list.

STEP 9: Remember to mark on your list if you indicated you want delivery or pick-up from Hy-Vee. Also mark the date and time of your order, and your order number.

NOTE: After you have become comfortable with the ordering process you may want to try the "*" key. After entering any of your orders specific information, press the "*" key. The system will immediately proceed to the next request for information. Use of the "*" key will allow you to enter your order faster.
